The West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce presents the 3rd Annual Witches of West County at Vlasis Park (300 Park Avenue) in Ballwin, MO.
What’s brewing? ✨ Dance the night away under the moonlit sky. ✨ Shop bewitching goodies from local vendors. ✨ Dine & Drink on mystical delights (available for purchase). ✨ Cackle Contest: May the best witchy laugh win! ✨ Costume Contest: Dress to hex and impress!
THIS IS AN ADULTS ONLY- 21 AND OVER – Please leave children at home.
Dressing up is highly encouraged but not required – don’t miss out on our costume contest!
Food and drinks will be available for purchase at this event – no outside food, drinks or coolers will be allowed. No pets allowed. Service animals welcome. Free shuttles will be available to take attendees from the designated parking areas to our drop off location.
NEW THIS YEAR! You are invited to VIP event for ticket holders only at the Two Chicks Vintage Marketplace on Friday, October 20th. Join us for our pre-party event The Witching Hour at the Roost! Witches of West County ticket holders will get in free to this special event. Come decorate your hat and learn the witches dance for Saturday, enjoy drinks, appetizers, music, a special in-store discount, tarot 101, and much more!

How much are tickets?
Tickets are $25/per person before 10/20/2023. After 10/20/2023 and at the door, tickets are $35. CASH ONLY. There will be ATMs on site.

Who does this event benefit?
This annual fundraiser helps support the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce in their mission to help businesses in our community grow and prosper. The West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Equine Assisted Therapy and Wildwood Family YMCA will receive a portion of the proceeds from this year’s event. Last year, we were able to donate $2,000 to All Nanna’s Kids and Backstoppers thanks to you!
NEW THIS YEAR! You will be able to make a donation to Equine Assisted Therapy and Wildwood Family YMCA online when you purchase your tickets.
When can I pick up my tickets?
Starting September 1, 2023, you will be able to pick up your tickets at The Diamond Family once you have ordered them online. If you chose will call tickets, you will visit the will call tent when you arrive at the event and will be given a wristband once you are checked in.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PRINT YOUR EVENT REGISTRATION EMAIL AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE DIAMOND FAMILY TO PICK UP TICKETS. YOU WILL ALSO NEED IT FOR YOUR WILL CALL TICKETS AT THE DOOR.
Why do we need to pick up tickets from The Diamond Family?
Since the Chamber office is not always open due to events and business hours, having ticket pickup at The Diamond Family ensures that you are able to pick up your tickets during their business hours. This gives our attendees are larger and more convenient timeframe for picking up their tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets will not be available for pick up until September 1st.
What happens if I purchase a ticket and can no longer attend the event?
All tickets are final sale. There will be no refunds – this event is also rain or shine. Tickets can however be transferred to another person. You will be responsible for handling the sale of your ticket. In the event you do sell your ticket to someone else and have purchased a will call ticket, please email: HZerweck@westcountychamber.com so we can update the event roster.
Can I still enter the necklace giveaway from The Diamond Family if I purchased will call tickets?
No. In order to enter the giveaway for the moon necklace from The Diamond Family, you must purchase an “In-store pickup” ticket. You can only enter the drawing when picking up your ticket(s) at The Diamond Family.
What should I wear?
You don’t have to dress up but it is highly encouraged – the witchier the better. Don’t forget to enter the costume contest at our registration tent.
Costume contest categories this year include: Best group, best overall witch and best cackle! Your costume contest fee is included in your ticket this year. The costume contest will take place at 9PM at the stage. Please come to the stage by 8:50PM to participate.
Are pets or children allowed?
Absolutely no children are allowed. You must be 21+ in order to attend this event. No pets allowed however service animals are welcome.
Will there be drink and food for purchase?
Yes, there will be a variety of alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and food vendors. No outside food or drinks are allowed. No coolers allowed.
Where do we park?
Parking will be located at the Lowe’s parking lot behind QT and on the right side of the Target parking lot. Free shuttles will be available to take attendees from the designated parking areas to our drop off location. There will be signs to mark the free shuttle drop off and pick up. Please note: shuttles will run from 4:45PM – 10:30PM. There is very limited handicap parking inside the Vlasis Park.

VENDORS ARE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS! Spaces are limited, so we urge you to apply early! ALL VENDORS are encouraged to invite their friends and post/share the event on social media.
Please note: All vendor applications are subject to approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor booth. You will receive confirmation of approval from the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce.
