Established in 1837, has grown from a small town with only a few homes and businesses, to a city of about 32,000 residents. The City of Ballwin is served by the AAA Public School Districts of Rockwood and Parkway, various private and parochial schools, and is within minutes of five universities and colleges. Incorporated in 1988 and covering approximately 32 square miles in suburban St. Louis County, the City of Chesterfield, Missouri is a thriving residential and business community. Chesterfield is located just 25 minutes west of downtown St. Louis along Interstate 64. Was incorporated as a village in 1950 and became a city in 1988. With roughly 3,000 residents, Clarkson Valley provides a rustic atmosphere where one might see deer wander across the road at night. Within the city is the Forest Hills Country Club, a private golf course and clubhouse nestled in an exclusively residential subdivision.

Was incorporated in 1932. The community remained a village until 1957, when voters approved a proposition for the village to become a city. Ellisville has been awarded the National Arbor Day Foundation’s designation of “Tree City USA” for 22 consecutive years. The city has parkland totaling 228 acres, which means there is approximately one acre of parkland for nearly every 40 residents.

Offers a small-town atmosphere and high-quality municipal services. Manchester’s mix of more than 260 commercial, office and retail businesses provides convenient access to many services. The historic district, which includes more than 30 structures built in the 19th century and early 20th century, offers a unique shopping experience. Is a small village of 0.27 square mile. Incorporated in 1938, it has grown from a rural area into the present-day unique community, offering both developed and undeveloped commerical areas. Big Bend Square Shopping Center and other commercial areas anchor the village, including 34 acres of undeveloped commerical property.

Is an expanding residential and industrial community that has a rich, strong history. It has been identified as an industrial community from its earliest history. The city was incorporated in 1903 and occupies nearly three square miles of land. Valley Park has many social events throughout the year such as the Valley Days Festival and car show.

Is one of St. Louis County’s fastest growing cities and was incorporated in 1995. The city’s 67 square miles make it the third largest city by area in Missouri. Wildwood is a master planned community that seeks to emphasize pedestrian friendly residential areas while preserving an expansive non-urbanized area. A major focal point is the Town Center, an area of 770 acres. Wildwood has been designed to be predominantly residential in nature while promoting business development within its town center.

Officially became a city in 1957. With city limits that span an area of only 0.235 square mile, Winchester is a community nestled between the larger cities of Ballwin on the west and Manchester on the east. The Commercial District and Reber Park complement this community. Reber Park is the center of Winchester’s recreation.
